苦瓜瓜瘤形状的遗传分析

摘要

通过对2个瓜瘤形状不同的苦瓜品系进行杂交,再经过自交和回交,观察杂交后代的分离,研究苦瓜瓜瘤形状的遗传规律.结果表明,苦瓜瓜瘤形状的遗传是数量性状的遗传,苦瓜的瓜瘤形状遗传模型是2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性多基因混合遗传模型(E-1模型).%Two bitter gourd cultivars with different fruit wart shape were hybridized. By inbred and back-crossed, the genetic principle of fruit wart shape was studied. The results showed that fruit wart shape was controlled by quantitative trait. The genetic principle of fruit wart shape fitted the additive - dominance - epitasis major gene plus additive - dominance - polygene(model E-l).
