The diverter (4) has stents with high mesh density and different porosities of surface. The diverter is designed such that the diverter does not comprise rotational symmetry and includes a size and a shape covering only a region of an aneurysm (2). A metal ring (5) is attached at the diverter as a support of the diverter. A position sensor is attached at a metal meshwork of the diverter and/or the ring. The position sensor indicates three space coordinates and two azimuth angles. A symmetrical axis of the position sensor is not aligned parallel to a longitudinal axis flow of the diverter.
