采用微波消解系统,加入H2SO4和HF消解天然橡胶样品,用紫外分光光度法测定其中锰的含量.该法改进了GB/T8296-2008中的样品制备方法,实验效率提高了15~20倍.结果表明:①最优的消解条件为:3.5 mLH2SO4和0.5 mLHF为消解试剂,2 min内升温至180℃,并保温10 min;②消解温度的变化对测定结果的影响最大,消解时间次之,消解试剂用量变化的影响最小.%Natural rubber samples were melted with H2SO4 and HF by microwave counteract system, and then the manganese content in rubber was measured by UV spectrophotometry.Using this method, the sample preparation efficiency was improved 15~20 times as fast as by GB/T 8296-2008.The test result showed: ① the best digestion condition was 3.5 mL H2S04 and 0.5 mL HF as the digestion reagent with the temperature raised to 180 ℃ within 2 min and maintained for 10 min; ② the changing of digestion temperature had a significant effect to test result, the digestion time had a definite effect and the digestion reagent had an inconspicuous effect.
