A large number of epidemiological surveys and studies in vitro and in vivo have shown that tea polyphenols and vitamins are important antioxidants. They have strong biological activities such as antioxidant, reducing damage from free radical, sterilization and cancer prevention. The synergy of these two substances and their mechanism are summarized in this review , in order to provide theoretical basis for further study and developing safer and more efficient antioxidants.%大量的体内外研究和流行病学调查表明,茶多酚类化合物和多种维生素都是重要的抗氧化剂,具有较强的抗氧化、减轻自由基损伤、杀菌、防癌等生物学作用.对两者的协同作用及机理进行综述,并展望了该领域的研究方向.
