通过对比试验,研究不同茎段部位,不同药剂类型、处理浓度和浸泡时间等25种处理组合对木薯单芽扦插生根的影响.结果表明,0.05 g/L G GR处理1.5h、0.5 g/L TDZ处理30 min、0.1 g/L ABT处理30 min等3种药剂处理组合,采用茎段中部材料获得了较好的效果.%The effects of different chemical treatments and the position of buds on the propagation via single bud cutting were investigated. The results showed that, the thee chemical treatments, i.e., 0.05 g/L GGR treated with 1.5 h, 0.5 g/L TDZ treated with 30 min, and 0.1 g/L ABT treated with 30 min, and the middle part of the stakes were preferred.
