老年性延髓型重症肌无力20例病例分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical features of senile bulbar myasthenia gravis. Methods: Collected in our hospital in January 2001 -2010 in October inpatient and outpatient total of 20 elderly patients with bulbar myasthenia gravis patient's clinical data were analyzed. Results: Age greater than 60 years old as the main symptoms difficulty swallowing,and hypertension,high cholesterol,high blood sugar,and coronary heart disease risk factors,patients were often misdiagnosed as cerebral infarction. Conclusions: Age greater than 60 years old as the main symptoms difficulty swallowing,and hypertension,high cholesterol,high blood sugar,and coronary heart disease risk factors,patients might be often misdiagnosed as cerebral infarction.%　　目的：探讨老年性延髓型重症肌无力的临床特点。方法：收集我院2001年1月~2010年10月住院及门诊共20例老年性延髓型重症肌无力的患者的临床资料进行分析。结果：20例大于60岁的老年人以吞咽困难为主要症状，且伴有高血压、高血脂、高血糖、冠心病危险因素的患者诊断为重症肌无力。结论：年龄大于60岁且伴有脑血管病危险因素的老年人以吞咽困难为主要症状，警惕延髓型重症肌无力的可能。
