构音训练配合电刺激治疗脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的临床观察

摘要

目的：探讨构音训练和电刺激（ NMES）治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法：将85例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用构音训练加VitalStim电刺激仪，对照组患者采用常规吞咽训练。结果：治疗1个月后，2组治疗后构音障碍及言语损伤水平改善程度治疗组愈显率及总有效率均明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。治疗后治疗组的吞咽障碍分级的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级与对照组比较，治疗组总有效率为85％，优于对照组65％，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：构音训练配合电刺激对脑卒中后吞咽障碍改善效果显著，提高了脑卒中患者的生活质量。%Objective:To discuss the clinical effectiveness of compose sound training combined with Electrical stimulation in treating swallowing disorder patients with stroke.Methods:85 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group was given compose sound training combined with VitalStim Electrical stimulation, and the rest patients were control group with only conventional compose sound training.Re sults:After a month of therapy in improving dysarthria and speech loss rate ,the total efficiency and markedly effective rate of the treatment group is obviously higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, compare the two groups with swallowing disorder classification, the total efficiency of treatment group is 85%, the control group is 65%, there was significant difference in two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion:Compose sound training combined with Electrical Stimulation in treating swallowing disorder patients with stroke, which can obviously improve the treatment effect, improve the quality of life of stroke.
