乳腺癌住院患者死亡时间分析

摘要

目的：探索乳腺癌住院患者死亡时间的规律。方法：采集江苏省中医院2008～2010年乳腺癌住院死亡病人43例的临床资料，核对死亡时间并将其转换，得到各时辰的死亡频数，运用圆分布资料的参数估计和假设检验、Cochran ’ s Q检验，探索其中的规律。结果：（1）全部患者死亡时间有集中在“申”时的趋势（P＜0.05）。（2）全部患者“酉”时的死亡频数相对最高（P＜0.05）。（3）“阳明欲解时”死亡频数相对最高，“少阳、太阴、少阴欲解时”死亡频数相对较低（P＜0.05）。结论：（1）43例乳腺癌患者的死亡时间存在日节律。（2）乳腺癌终末期与《伤寒论》中的“阳明病”存在一定的联系。%Objective:To explore the rule of death time of resident patients with mammary cancer .Meth-ods:The death time of 43 resident patients with mammary cancer who died in Jiangsu province traditional Chi -nese medicine hospital during 2008~2010 was collected and turn into 12 two-hour periods which was tradition-ally divided and given the name of one of the 12 Earthly Branches , then frequence of each two -hour period was calculated.The rules were summarized by parameter estimation and hypothesis test in circular distribution infor -mation and Cochran's Q test.Results:(1)The death time of 43patients was concentrated in “shen” (P<0. 05).(2)The death frequence in “You” period was maximum (P<0.05).(3)The death frequence in “Yang-ming Yujieshi” was relative maximum, while “Taiyang” “Taiyin” “Shaoyin” were relative minimum ( P<0. 05).Conclusion:(1)Daily rhythm exists in the death time of resident patients with mammary cancer .(2)Re-lationship between final stage mammary cancer and “Yangming disease” exists in some extent .
