新型糖-金属配合物的合成

A new sugar ligand, N,N'-di[2-O-(β-D-galacotosyl) benzyl] ethylenediamine(L) , was synthesized from two galactoses bridged by N,N'-di( benzyl) ethylenediamine. Four novel sugar-metal complexes, [ML]2+? 2C1- (la -1d, M =Ni, Cu, Co, Zn), were prepared by the reaction of L with metal-salt MClj. The structures were characterized by 'H NMR, UV, IR and elemental analysis. The results showed that la and lc were octahedral configuration, lb and Id were tetrahedral configuration.%以N,N'-二苄基乙二胺桥联两个半乳糖合成了新型糖配体N,N'-双-[2-O-(β-D-吡喃半乳糖基)苄基]乙二胺(L);L与金属盐反应制得4个新型糖-金属配合物——[ML]2+.2Cl- (1a ～1d,M=Ni,Cu,Co,Zn),其结构经1H NMR,UV,IR和元素分析表征,1a和1c为八面体构型,1b和1d为四面体构型.
