新型含吡啶环席夫碱的合成及其晶体结构

[N,N'-(2-胺基苯基)-2,6-二甲酰亚胺]吡啶分别与苯甲酰丙酮和4-甲氧基水杨醛通过缩合反应合成了新型含吡啶环席夫碱(1a和1b),其结构经X-射线单晶衍射,1H NMR,IR和元素分析表征.1a属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶体参数a=11.895(4)(A),b=12.584(4)(A),c=13.191(4)(A),α=106.264(6)°,β=94.199(6)°,γ=107.911(6)°,V=1 776.0(9)(A)3,Z=2,Dc=1.275 g.cm-3,R1 =0.057 6,wR2 =0.095 4. 1b属单斜晶系,空间群P21/C,晶体参数a=18.167(4)(A),b=22.901(5)(A),c=8.2471(17)(A),β=101.959(6)°,V=3 356.8(12) (A)3,Z=4,Dc= 1.345 g.cm-3,R1 =0.082 9,wR2 =0.156 4.1a和1b都是螺旋式结构.%The novel Schiff base compounds (la and lb) containing pyridine were synthesized by condensation reaction of [N,V1-(2-anuno-phenyl)-2,6-dimethyl-imide]pyridine with benzoylacetone and 4-methoxy salicylaldehyde, respectively. The structures were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction,1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis, la belongs to triclinic system, space group P- with a = 11.895(4) A, b = 12.584(4) A, c = 13.191(4) A, a = 106.264(6)°, β=94.199(6)°, 7 = 107.911(6)°, V = l 776.0(9) A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.215 g ? cm-3, R1 =0.057 6, wR2 = 0.095 4. lb belongs to monoclinic system, space group P2,/C with a = 18.167(4) A, b =22.901 (5) A, c=8.247 1(17) A, β = 101. 959(6)°, V = 3 356.8(12) A3, Z=4, Z)c = 1.345 g ? cm-3, R1 =0.082 9, wR2 =0.156 4. la and lb are the spiral structure.
