采用ATRP合成天然橡胶接枝共聚物——Ⅱ.ENR-g-PS的制备

         

摘要

以苯乙烯(St)为原料,天然橡胶-g-(2-溴-2-甲基丙酸)[ENR-Br(2)]为大分子引发剂,CuBr/PMDTA为催化体系,在甲苯中通过原子自由基聚合(ATRP)制得环氧化天然橡胶-g-聚苯乙烯[ENR-g-PS (3)],其结构经1H NMR和IR表征.动力学研究发现In{[M]0/[M]t}对时间具有很好的线性关系,符合一级动力学反应;在三氟乙酸存在下通过水解反应取切割3上的接枝聚苯乙烯链(1′),并用GPC测定其分子量(MnGPC)和多分散性指数(PDI),结果发现MnGPC和PDI随单体转化率的提高而增加.%Graft copolymer of epoxidized natural rubber and styrene(St) , ENR-g-PS(3) , was synthesized in toluene by atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) using (natural rubber)-g-(2-bro-mo-2-methylpropionic acid) [ ENR-Br(2) ] as a macroinitiator, CuBr/PMDTA as the catalytic system. The structure was characterized by ]H NMR and IR. The linearity of plot of Inj [M]0/[M],| versus time was observed in the system, which indicates of first-order kinetic reaction. The graft poly-styrene(l') was cleaved by hydrolysis of 3 in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid. The molecular weight(MnGPC) and polydispersity indexes (PDI) of 1' was tested by GPC. The results showed that MnGPC and PDI increases with monomer conversion.
