新型黄芩苷稀土金属配合物的合成及其抗肿瘤活性和与DNA相互作用

     

摘要

在碱性(NaHCO3)条件下,黄芩苷(HL)与稀土金属(Ln=Ce,pr,Nd,Sm,Gd)盐反应合成了5个新型的黄芩苷稀土配合物LnL3(L=C21H17O11),其结构经UV,IR,MS和元素分析表征.用MTT法考察了HL和LnL3抗人肝癌细胞HepG2活性;用UV光谱法研究了LnL3与小牛胸腺DNA(ctDNA)结合模式.结果表明,hL3对HepG2的半数抑制能力均较HL高,与ctDNA可能以嵌插方式为主.%Five novel baicalin rare earth metal complexes(LnL3, Ln = Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd; L = C21 H17O11) were synthesized under weak alkali condition( NaHCO3). The structures were characterized by UV, IR, MS and elemental analysis. The anti-HepG2 cells activities of the LnL, were tested by MTT. The interactions of LnL, with calf thymus DNA(ctDNA) were investigated by UV. The result showed that anticancer activities of LnL3 were enhanced comparing to baicalin, the interactions model of LnL3 with ctDNA were presumably intercalative model.
