PSOLUTION: By using the rare earth metal complex represented by the formula (wherein Ln is at least one metal selected from a group consisting of yttrium and lanthanoids; R represents an 8-24C branched alkyl), a fluorescent material suitable for an inkjet ink composition which has high solubility in organic solvents and generates the three primary colors by merely altering the kind of the central metallic ion is obtained.
