甲状旁腺自体移植的现状及思考

摘要

Hypoparathyroidism is one of the most common complications of thyroid surgery.Permanent hypoparathyroidism would bring great pain to patients,seriously affect the postoperative quality of life,is becoming the source of medical disputes.Parathyroid autotransplantation can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative permanent hypoparathyroidism.However,there are still some dispute about the choice,including the time,the number,the method and the location of parathyroid autotransplantation,which need to be further researched.As a result,the program and survival rate of parathyroid autotransplantation will be optimized and improved,respectively.%甲状旁腺功能减退是甲状腺手术最常见的并发症之一.永久性甲状旁腺功能减退会给患者带来巨大的痛苦,严重影响患者的生活质量,成为医疗纠纷的主要因素.甲状旁腺自体移植能有效减少术后永久性甲状旁腺功能减退的发生.但关于移植选择、时机、数目、方法及部位尚存在一些争议,需更进一步深入研究,不断优化自体移植方案,提高移植成功率.
