第2足趾再造手指甲床扩大术两种方法对比

摘要

Objective To compare the clinical outcomes of two kinds of nail bed expanding technique for the new aesthetic modifies in second toe-to-finger transfer surgery. Methods Twenty cases suffered from fin⁃ rectangular advanced flap was performed in the second 10 cases(B group). The expanded nails were of the same length:3mm. Results The operation time in A group was an average of 7.5 minutes; in B group average 15 minutes. Twelve months postoperative follow-up showed no skin necrosis around the nail was found in both groups; a bed expand length of 2.7 mm in both groups; The self satisfaction score (MHQ) of A group was average of 12.1 of B group average of 11.8. The differences between the two groups were not statistically significant. Conclusion Both kinds of nail lengthening in second toe-to-finger transfer surgery are simply and effective;the results are satisfactory. The eponychium resection is superior to the other kind in shorter operative time and easier and simpler procedure.%　　目的：比较第2足趾再造手指指甲床扩大术两种方法临床疗效.方法：将手指缺损施行第2足趾再造指术的20例患者,分为两组,分别采用部分甲皱襞直接切除术(A组)或Adani矩形推进皮瓣术(B组),均扩大指甲长度3 mm.结果：A组手术时间平均7.5 min,B组平均15 min；术后12个月时随访,甲周皮肤均无坏死,甲床扩大长度两组均数2.7 mm.两组患者自我满意度评分无差异.结论：足趾再造指甲床扩大术的两种方法均手术简单,效果满意,甲皱襞直接切除法具有手术时间短、操作简便的优势.
