水痘-带状疱疹病毒感染与缺血性卒中

水痘-带状疱疹病毒(Varicella-zoster virus,VZV)感染可引起中枢和外周的血管病变.VZV感染后脑血管病变是导致儿童期脑、脊髓缺血/缺氧性坏死,动脉瘤,脑出血和蛛网膜下腔出血等中枢神经系统疾病的重要原因.近几十年来,有关VZV感染后缺血性卒中的病例报道有所增加,其原因尚不清楚,临床表现的多样性及其相关治疗措施仍有待深入研究.%Varicella-zoster virus(VZV) infection may lead to central and peripheral vasculopathy. Post-infection vasculopathy of VZV is one of the most important reasons for diseases of central systems like cerebrospinal hypoxia and isehemic infarctions, aneurysms, intracerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage during childhood. During the latest decades, there are increasing cases of post-VZV strokes. However, the mechanics remains unclear, and the protean clinical manifestations and the treatment are to be further studied.
