介绍了定期组会制度及定期组会制度在神经外科专业研究生培养和指导中的优势，分析了实施定期组会制度的难点及解决办法，探讨了定期组会制度对提升神经外科专业研究生沟通能力、汇报能力、科研能力等综合素质的成效。%To introduce the regular group meeting and the advantages of this meeting in the training program of neurosurgical postgraduate students by discussing the current problems/solutions and the effects on the students’ comprehensive abilities including communication, speech and research skills etc.
