In this paper, a new method for the attitude control of a class of flexible satellite under restrained control is presented. The target of the variable structure system is changed step by step according to the bounded control, which makes the control inputs under the bound of the execution. Thereby a equivalent unbounded variable structure control system comes into being which satisfies the reaching condition of sliding mode.%针对挠性卫星控制受限问题, 提出一种新的姿态控制方法. 根据控制受限情况, 确定逐步递阶变结构控制, 每一步控制目标的设定都使得控制输入在限定的条件下, 从而构成一个等价的控制不受限的变结构控制系统,满足滑动平面的到达条件.
