云南省曲靖市男男性行为者艾滋病相关同性高危行为调查分析

摘要

Objectives To investigate the AIDS-related high risk homosexual behaviors among men who have sex with men(MSM) in Qujing of Yunnan province, determine the key work of prevention. Methods MSM were recruited using snowball sampling method,and information was collected by face-to-face questionnaire survey. Results 311 MSM were interviewed. Of them .90. 7% had anal intercourse in the past 6 months. And the average number of the same-gender partner was 3. 05 ±2. 68. Only 24. 1% interviewees had insisted on using condom when they had anal intercourse in the past 6 months,and 82. 1% interviewees used condom in the latest anal intercourse. Conclusions The MSM in Qujing city have got more than one same-gender partner and the utilization rate of condom is low,then there will be much risk of being infected with and spreading HIV.%目的 了解曲靖市男男性行为者(men who have sex with men,MSM)艾滋病相关同性高危行为状况,确定防制工作的重点.方法 采用“滚雪球”的方式接触目标人群,进行一对一问卷调查.结果 共收集合格问卷311份.近6个月发生过同性肛交性行为的占90.7％.平均同性性伴数(3.05士2.68)人.近6个月同性肛交时每次都使用安全套的仅占24.1％；最近一次同性肛交安全套使用率为82.1％.结论 该地区MSM存在多同性性伴,肛交时安全套使用率较低,有较高艾滋病感染与传播的风险.
