Objectives To analyze regulations of the promotion of rational drug use and the transparency in townshiprnhospitals of Hubei. Methods Combining literature research with the information from two township hospitals which were selected from Jiangling as cases, we analyzed their regulations of the promotion of rational drug use , transparent mode, involved proportion et al. Results The regulations of the promotion of rational drug use implemented by two hospitals accounted for 8/17 and 10/17 respectively of Policies of that. There were just 8 and 9 regulations respectively, implemented by the two, which both covered transparent mode and object. Conclusions The practice of regulations of the promotion of rational drug use is unsatisfied. Transparency construction is still insufficient.%目的 分析湖北省乡镇卫生院促进合理用药的监管措施以及其公开透明度,从而探索出推进合理用药更加有效的办法.方法 结合文献研究,选取江陵县两个乡镇卫生院作为案例,针对合理用药监管措施、公开对象、透明方式及措施所占比例等进行分析.结果 两个卫生院所采取措施分别占我国相关政策规定措施的8/17和10/17,同时具有公开对象和透明方式的措施数量分别为8项和9项.透明对象及方式涉及范围狭窄.结论 湖北省江陵县乡镇卫生院促进合理用药的措施落实不理想,透明程度较低.
