大气污染物浓度与呼吸系统疾病住院率相关性分析

         

摘要

Objectives To analyze the correlation between the major atmospheric pollutant (SO2 ,NO2 and PM10) concentrations and the hospitalization rates of respiratory diseases in Longgang district, Shenzhen city, and to explore their relevance.Methods Collecting the monthly data of the major atmospheric pollutant concentrations (SO2 , NO2 and PM10) and the hospitalization rates of trachitis, pheumonia and asthma in all public hospitals in Longgang district from 2004 and 2011, and carrying out a correlation analysis by multiple linear regression.Results There was a correlation between the concentrations of SO2 , NO2 and the hospitalization rates of trachitis, pheumonia and asthma.It also showed that PM10 was closely related to the hospitalization rates of pheumonia and asthma, but no evidence showed a correlation between PM10 and trachitis.Conclusions There is a correlation between the major atmospheric pollutant (SO2 , NO2 and PM10) concentrations and the hospitalization rates of respiratory diseases in Longgang district.The atmospheric pollutant concentrations have been reduced effectively and residents' health condition have been improved since the government have taken measures to protect environment.%目的 探讨世界大学生运动会前,广州市龙岗区政府改善环境政策对大气污染物浓度及其与呼吸系统疾病住院率之间的关系.方法 搜集龙岗区2004~2011年每月主要大气污染物二氧化硫(SO2)、二氧化氮(NO2)、可吸入颗粒物(PM10)浓度值及该区同期每月所有公立医院支气管炎、肺炎、哮喘3种呼吸系统疾病住院率,通过SPSS软件处理数据,运用多元线性回归分析其相关性.结果 SO2、NO2与支气管炎、肺炎、哮喘住院率有相关性,PM10与哮喘、肺炎住院率有密切的关系,PM10与支气管炎住院率相关性不明显.结论 龙岗区大气污染物浓度与呼吸系统疾病住院率之间具有相关性.政府采取改善环境等相关的干预措施,可以有效地降低空气污染物浓度,改善居民居住环境,保障居民健康.
