2012年上海市崇明县暗娼人群艾滋病哨点监测分析

摘要

Objectives To understand the HIV-risk behaviors and the awareness of AIDS related knowledge a-mong female sex workers (FSWs)in Chongming county,and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and intervention of AIDS.Methods According to the demand of'the manual of national AIDS sentinel surveillance pro-tocol',the questionnaire survey and serological detection was conducted among the FSWs.Results 92.5% of the FSWs could answer six or more questions exactly among the eight questions of the basic knowledge of AIDS.The positive rate of syphilis antibody was 2.50%,and the positive rate of hepatitis c antibody was 2.50%.The HIV an-tibody was negative for all FSWs.The percentage who persisted with using condoms in every commercial sex was 60.25% during the latest month.Conclusions Carrying out AIDS prevention and control and intervention for the FSWs should bases on the characteristics.We should develop diverse forms and strengthen regional cooperation in order to improve the efficiency of AIDS systematic prevention.%目的了解上海市崇明县暗娼人群中艾滋病相关知识知晓与危险行为情况，为艾滋病防治与干预提供科学依据。方法根据《全国艾滋病哨点监测方案操作手册》要求，对暗娼人群进行问卷调查与血清学检测。结果监测对象中8道艾滋病基本知识题能回答正确6道题及以上的占92.50%，梅毒抗体阳性率为2.50%，丙肝抗体阳性率为0.25%，未检出 HIV 抗体阳性。监测对象中最近1个月内每次商业性性行为都坚持使用安全套的占60.25%。结论对暗娼人群开展艾滋病防控与干预，应根据其特点拓展多样化形式与强化区域间协作，以提升系统化防控效果。
