日本“医药分业暠介绍及启示

摘要

日本医药分业是将处方权和调配权分离，使医师和药师专业分工细化，并通过以患者为中心、以家庭药房为基础的分业系统，加强医师和药师临床实践联系，以促进安全、合理用药，降低不合理药品费用为目标的一项社会改革。医药分业现已取得一定成效，但也面临挑战。其秉承的以患者为中心的理念，加强医药专业的深度联系，建立物质激励和保险约束机制及新的药品比价机制，对我国医疗卫生体制改革具有借鉴意义。%The “Separation of Prescribing and Dispensing Drugs (SPD)”in Japan is a social reform in order to promote the safety of drugs and reduce unadvisable drug fee,which means the division of labor refinement between physicians and pharmacists,and to strengthen the contact between them through patient-centered conception as well as basing on the family pharmacies.Some achievements were gained,but also some challenges were resulted in.For China,there were some reference values in patient-centered conception,strengthening medical professional contact, as well as the material incentive and insurance constraint mechanism and the new drug-price mechanism.
