厦门市2010-2013年恙虫病流行特征及时空分布分析

摘要

Objectives To understand the recent epidemic characteristics and the spatiotemporal distribution of scrub typhus and put forward proposal and countermeasure for the forecast and early warning in Xiamen cit-y.Methods Data of scrub typhus cases from 2010 to 2013 were collected and were used to analyze the gender,occu-pation and age groups frequency,calculate the incidence and describe the distribution of time and population.The spatial distribution characteristics of regional were showed in the form of a map of the incidence by Mapin-fo1 1.0.Results The overall incidence rate of scrub typhus in Xiamen city from 2010 to 2013 was 2.42 per 100 thou-sand of population.The cases were accounted intensively from June to September,and the highest incidence of scrub typhus concentrated in the age group of 40~69.The incidence in the Haicang district of Xiamen City was significant-ly higher than that in other areas.Conclusions In recent years the incidence of scrub typhus in our city was rising year by year and increased with age.The monitoring in the high risk area and population should be enhanced.%目的：了解近年来厦门市恙虫病流行特征及时空分布情况，为预报预警工作提出建议和对策。方法搜集并整理厦门市2010—2013年恙虫病病例数据，对该数据分别进行性别、职业和年龄分组频数统计分析，并计算其发病率，描述厦门市恙虫病发病时间分布和人群分布；运用 Mapinfo 11.0将该病发病率用地图的形式加以展现，描述其空间分布特征。结果2010—2013年厦门市恙虫病年平均发病率为2.42/10万，发病的季节分布主要集中在6—9月，发病主要集中在40~69岁年龄组，厦门市海沧区的发病率明显高于其他区。结论近年来厦门市恙虫病发病率呈逐年上升趋势且伴随着年龄的增高而增高，应加强对高发区及高危人群的监测。
