中医药大学附属医院助力养老事业的可行性战略探讨——以黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院为例

当前人口老龄化已经成为制约人类发展的全球性问题,对中国而言尤其值得关注.常规的养老模式已经不能满足今天中国养老事业的需求,"医养结合"模式将同时为老年人提供基本生活保障并满足其健康服务需求,针对老年人特性,中医药将在这种现代养老模式中成为战略性的特色医疗支撑.重点介绍了黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院开展"医养结合"特色养老模式的思考、战略规划及其具体实践.%Population aging has become a global problem restricting human development,especially in China.The regular mode of care service for the elderly cannot meet the demand of China.The mode combining medical service and care can provide basis living service and meet the health care demands for the elderly.Traditional Chinese medi-cine can serve as a special strategic medical support in this type of modern care mode in accordance with the characteristics of the elderly.This article mainly introduces the thinking,strategic planning and real practice from the experience of second affiliated hospital of heilongjiang traditional chinese medicine university in conducting this new mode.
