我国干细胞基础研究人员对组织管理认知的分析

         

摘要

Objectives To analyze the recognition of basic science researchers of stem cell on organization manage-ment and to explore measures of improving the management of stem cell technology.Methods Analysis of 248 re-searchers was made in the aspect of recognition of the level of the lab,talent team building,interchange and coopera-tion among groups and the actions taken by the administrative department,and confidence in the possibility of trans-lating the research results into clinical practice.Results Researchers were relatively satisfied with the platform and regarded technicians and funds were the main influencing factors.They also thought that there were insufficient co-operation between groups and the administrative department had a positive attitude.More than 30% of the research-ers lack the confidence in translating the research results into clinical practice.And the main factors influencing their confidence were gender,resource allocation,talent team building and the cooperation with relating compa-nies.Conclusions Measures should be taken to further push on the construction of lab platform,recruiting more technicians,broaden the channel of funds,regularize the management of research funds and building up platform for cooperation among manufacturing and researching departments actively.%目的 分析我国干细胞基础研究人员对组织管理的认知情况,探讨改善干细胞技术管理的对策.方法对248名科研人员实验室水平的认知情况、人才梯队建设认知情况、项目组交流合作与主管部门行为的认知情况、研究成果应用于临床的信心进行了分析.结果 科研人员对实验平台建设比较满意,并认为技术骨干与科研经费是主要影响因素,项目组合作存在一定的不足,主管部门态度积极,有超过30%的人员对研究成果应用于临床的信心不足,且发现性别、资源配置情况、人才梯队建设情况、与相关企业的合作情况是影响科研人员对研究成果应用于临床信心的主要因素.结论 应继续推进实验平台建设,补充技术骨干,拓宽资金投入渠道,规范科研经费管理,积极搭建产学研合作平台.
