家庭医生医疗服务模式下互联网+皮肤病远程医疗探析

摘要

优化分级诊疗制度,提升基层医疗服务机构服务能力是当前卫生服务体制改革的重要方针.当前,基层医疗机构人才和资金缺乏、居民接受度不高、信息化程度不高、运行机制不畅等问题长期困扰着社区首诊、双向转诊等分级诊疗制度的推进和实施.移动医疗具有便携性、互动性、隐私性、实惠性等特点,皮肤病远程医疗具有得天独厚的优势,它与当前家庭医生医疗服务模式完美契合,能够解决当前基层皮肤病医疗服务的短板,但当前皮肤病远程医疗的发展遇到不少问题和阻力.文章将制约其发展的因素一一列出,并提出一些合理的建议,以满足居民日益提高的卫生服务要求,为医改的推进和优化分级诊疗制度注入新的活力.%Nowadays, under the process of medical reform, optimizing the system of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment becomes one of the most significant guidelines enhancing fundamental medical service.However, difficulties such as the lack of staff and money in fundamental medical services, the unpopularity among patients, the ill qua-lity of IT technology and management, have been long in the way of the promotion and the operation of this system.To solve these problems, mobile healthcare that is convenient, inexpensive, conversational and private can ser-ve as a new way in family healthcare, specifically in dermatology therapy.However, there are many problems and obstacles in the development of dermatological therapy based on Internet plus.This paper listed the factors that restrict the development of dermatological therapy based on Internet plus and give some reasonable suggestions.Hopefully, the dermatological therapy based on Internet plus could reach the increasingly high demand of the patients, injecting new vitality in the medical reform and the system of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.
