临床医学专业学生对老年人的态度及其影响因素分析

摘要

目的 调查临床医学专业学生对老年人的态度,并研究其影响因素.方法 采用老年人态度量表对395名临床医学专业学生开展问卷调查,并对相关影响因素进行分析.结果 临床医学专业学生对老年人态度平均得分为152.33±10.47分,不同性别、家庭人均月收入、是否被老年人照顾过、是否接受过老年医学教育、是否愿意从事老年医疗工作可影响临床医学专业学生对老年人的态度得分,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);多元逐步回归分析显示,是否愿意从事老年医疗工作、家庭人均月收入和性别等因素影响临床医学专业学生对老年人的态度.结论 临床医学专业的学生对老年人态度趋向积极,老年医学教育工作者应通过开展课堂教学和课外活动等多途径相结合的方法,进一步改善临床医学专业学生对老年人的态度,提高其服务老年人的意愿.%Objective To investigate attitude toward the elderly of the students majored in clinical medicine and its influencing factors.Methods The Kogan's Attitude toward Older People Scale (KAOP) was used for an investigation among 395 students majored in clinical medicine.Related influencing factors were analyzed.Results The average score of students was 152.33±10.47.Gender, family income per capita, history of being cared for by older people, whether accepted the gerontology education, willingness to work in the field of geriatrician health care could affect the score, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the willingness to work in the field of geriatrician health care, family income per capita and gender were the main influencing factor.Conclusion The overall attitude toward older people of the students tend to be positive.Gerontology education workers should further improve their attitude and willingness to serve the older people by combining methods like school teaching, extracurricular activities and so on.
