2016年甘肃省城镇居民食品安全知识知晓率调查分析

         

摘要

目的 调查甘肃省城镇居民对食品安全相关知识的认知程度及影响因素,为有效开展食品安全知识宣传普及工作提供理论依据.方法 采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,在甘肃省28个市、县抽取11 300名在当地居住满6个月的居民进行问卷调查,采用匿名自主填写的方式调查甘肃省城镇居民食品安全相关知识知晓情况,运用二分类Logistic回归方法分析影响食品安全知识知晓率的主要因素.结果 甘肃省城镇居民食品安全知识的平均知晓率得分为16.87±3.71分(73.35%);其中食品安全法规知识平均知晓率得分为4.42±1.31分(73.41%),食品维权知识平均知晓率得分为2.47±1.21分(61.72%),食品消费知识平均知晓率得分为3.43±0.92分(85.53%),食品安全常识平均知晓率得分为6.16±1.50分(72.06%).不同性别、年龄、职业、文化程度、家庭月收入以及户籍间食品安全知识知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,文化程度、家庭月收入以及户籍形式是影响居民食品安全知识知晓率的主要因素.结论 甘肃省城镇居民食品安全知识知晓率一般,在WTO关于预防细菌性食物中毒的五大要点、食物存放以及食品维权方面仍存在问题,应结合这三个主要影响因素,有针对性地进行食品安全知识的宣传.%Objective To investigate the awareness level of the food safety knowledge among residents in Lanzhou and the influencing factors, and to provide scientific basis for carrying out food safety knowledge publicity popularization work effectively.Methods 11 300 citizens who had lived longer than 6 months in 28 cities and counties of Gansu were chosen by stratified cluster random sampling method.The survey of the awareness level of the food safety knowledge was carried out anonymously.Binary Logistic regression was adopted to analyze the main influencing factors for the levels of the awareness of the food safety knowledge.Results The average awareness rate of food safety knowledge of urban residents in Gansu Province was 16.87±3.71 (73.35%).Among them, the food safety regulations score was 4.42±1.31 (73.41%), the food rights score was 2.47±1.21 (61.72%), the food consumption knowledge score was 3.43±0.92 (85.53%), and the food safety common sense score was 6.16±1.50 (72.06%).Statistically signindicant differences were observed between different genders, ages, occupations, education levels, monthly family incomes, and household registration forms (P<0.05).The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that education level, monthly family income, and household registration form were the influencing factors of the food safety knowledge.Conclusion The total awareness rate of food safety knowledge for residents was generally not very good.And according to the WTO's recommendation on five points of prevention of bacterial food poisoning, food storage and food rights, problems still exist.It is necessary to combine with the three main influencing factors to improve food safety knowledge publicity.
