综合灵敏度和品质因数的电涡流谐振测量电路参数优化

             

摘要

为提高电涡流传感器的性能,综合考虑了测量灵敏度和回路品质因数两个重要影响因素,研究了其谐振测量电路的参数选择优化方法.在不影响问题性质的前提下,建立了调幅谐振电路的等效简化模型.首先推导了电路阻抗和幅频响应函数的解析式,通过MATLAB数值仿真,分析耦合电阻R0,谐振电容C0对灵敏度影响.其次推导了测量回路的品质因数Q公式,并分析了R0和C0对Q的关系.最后通过实验验证参数取值对测量电路的影响,为电涡流传感器测量电路参数优化选择提供了有效的指导和参考.%In order to improve the performance of the eddy-current sensor, the parameter selection optimization method of the resonance measurement circuit is studied, considering two important influencing factors of measurement, sensitivity and quality factor. An equivalent simplified model of the amplitude modulation resonant circuit is established without affecting the nature of the problem. Firstly, the analytic formula of circuit impedance and amplitudefrequency response function is derived, through MATLAB numerical simulation, the influence of coupling resistance R0 and resonant capacitance C0 on sensitivity is analyzed. Secondly, the quality factor Q formula of the measurement circuit is derived, and the relationship between Q and R0, C0 is analyzed. Finally, the influence of parameter values on the measurement circuit is verified by experiments, which provides effective guidance and reference for the optimization of eddy current sensor measurement circuit parameters.
