基于织物电极的可穿戴式心电监护系统

         

摘要

With the development of mobile medical monitoring equipment,wearable ECG monitoring has become an important part of personal ECG monitoring. But the lack of comfort and portability with a long time wearing,inaccu-rate monitoring data and other issues restrict the development of wearable ECG monitoring equipment. This paperde-signs a single lead and low power miniaturized ECG monitoring system with textile electrodes,which can improve those problems. The system uses textile electrodes instead of Ag-AgCl electrodes,and thefront-endmodule uses TI's ADS1292 to filter and amplify ECG signal,which can improve the SNR and have 24-bit ADC sampling. The MCU uses MSP430F5659 tocomputeand storeECG datain real time,controlling peripherals and bluetoothcommunications. Experimental results indicate the system can get the data accurately and meet the personal daily ECG monitoring.%随着移动医疗的飞速发展,可穿戴式心电监护已成为个人日常心电监护的一个重要发展方向.而长时间穿戴所存在的便携性和舒适性差、监测数据不准确等问题是制约可穿戴式心电监护设备发展的重要瓶颈.采用织物电极作为心电采集电极,设计了一种单导联低功耗、小型化的心电监护系统,改善了长时间穿戴所存在的问题.系统采用织物电极取代传统Ag-AgCl电极进行心电采集;模拟前端采用ADS1292芯片,调理心电信号,提高信噪比,并进行24位ADC转换;MCU采用MSP430F5659,进行数据的实时获取、存储和计算,并控制外设进行异常警报和与上位机的蓝牙通信.系统完成静坐、行走和跑步状态下的测试,并对比同步脉率,验证了检测数据准确性,证明可基本满足个人日常心电监测使用.
