电刺激小脑顶核治疗抑郁症的临床观察

摘要

目的 评价小脑顶核电刺激联合药物治疗抑郁症的疗效及安全性.方法使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠量表(PSQI)评定单用药物(药物组,n=30)与药物结合小脑顶核电刺激(综合组,n=30)的疗效,用不良反应量表(TESS)评价安全性.结果治疗4周末时综合组临床总有效率(83％)高于药物组(60％)；与药物组比较,综合组在治疗第2、4周末时HAMD评分下降(P＜0.05); HAMD减分率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；综合组治疗4周末PSQI总分较药物组降低(P＜0.05); TESS评分两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论药物结合小脑顶核电刺激治疗能更有效地改善抑郁症伴失眠患者的抑郁情绪及睡眠障碍.%Objective To evaluate the clinical effects and safety of fastigial nucleus stimulation (FNS) combined with drugs on depression. Methods 60 patients with depression were randomly assigned into the FNS combined with drug group (treatment) group (n=30) and the drug group (n=30). Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) were used to evaluate the effects, and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) was used to evaluate the safety before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group (83%) was higher than that of the drug group (60%) (P<0.05). The HAMD of the treatment group decreased in the end of the 2th and 4th week after treatment compared with the drug group (P<0.05). The PSQI was lower in the treatment group than in the drug group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between two groups with TESS (P>0.05). Conclusion FNS combined with drugs can improve depression and insomnia of depression patients.
