3~5岁听障与健听儿童双字调发音的比较研究

         

摘要

目的:比较3~5岁听障与健听儿童双字调发音的差异。方法以16种双字调组合设计32个词语,测试120名3~5岁听障儿童和36名健听儿童的发音情况。结果健听儿童双字调发音全部正确。听障儿童在3岁、4岁、5岁3个年龄段发音正确率均低于健听儿童;4岁听障儿童正确率较3岁听障儿童提高(P<0.05),而5岁与4岁间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。对4个声调发音进行分析,两组儿童阴平双字调发音无显著性差异(P=0.052),阳平、上声、去声的双字调发音有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论3~5岁听障儿童的双字调发音能力显著落后于同龄健听儿童,特别是包含阳平、上声、去声时。%Objective To compare the di-syllabic tone between hearing-impaired children and normal-hearing children. Methods 120 hearing-impaired children and 36 normal-hearing children aged 3~5 years were asked to read aloud 32 word with 16 kinds of di-syllabic tone. Results All the normal-hearing children read all the words correctly, and the hearing-impaired children faulted in pronouncing as their peers. The correct incidence improved in 4-year old hearing-impaired children compared with that of the 3-year old, but it was not signifi-cant different between the 4-and the 5-year old. There was not significant difference of the high and level tone between the hearing-im-paired children and normal-hearing children. However, the rising, falling-rising and falling tones were significantly different between the two groups. Conclusion The hearing-impaired children aged 3~5 years delay to speech words with di-syllabic tone, especially for those with rising, falling-rising and falling tones.
