Necroptosis is a newly discovered form of programmed cell death, which is activated by the binding of death receptors and their ligands and executed through specific path ways. At present, this form of cell death has been proved to be involved in a variety of dis-eases, such as cancer, autoimmune diseases, traumatic brain injury and brain ischemia-reperfusion injury.%Necroptosis是一种新发现的程序性细胞死亡方式，由死亡受体与其配体的结合所启动，通过特定的信号通路执行。Necroptosis已被证实参与了多种疾病的病理进程，包括肿瘤、免疫性疾病、脑外伤及脑部缺血再灌注损伤等。
