乳腺癌放射性臂丛神经损伤的研究进展

放疗为乳腺癌术后辅助治疗的重要组成部分,但乳腺癌术后放疗后的臂丛神经损伤严重降低患者的生活质量.本文将对放射性臂丛神经损伤的概况、机制、诊断、危险因素及治疗和预防措施进行综述.%Radiotherapy is an important part of the postoperative adjuvant therapy of breast cancer. Radiation-induced brachial plexopathy (RIBP) of postoperative radiotherapy severely reduces the quality of life of breast cancer patients. In this article, the general situation, mechanism, diagnosis, risk factors, treatment and preventive measures of RIBP were reviewed.
