精神分裂症患者在视觉引导眼跳中速度非对称性与眼跳幅度的相关分析

摘要

目的 探讨精神分裂症患者在视觉引导眼跳范式下眼动追踪能力的异常.方法 选取符合ICD-10诊断标准的精神分裂症患者27例(精神分裂症组),同时选取匹配的健康对照者27名(对照组),分别进行眼动追踪中的视觉引导眼跳检查,并计算每一次眼跳的加速度非对称指数,并进一步计算每一个被试者的加速度非对称性指数与眼跳幅度的相关系数(relation of amplitude andacceleration asymmetry index,Raa).比较两组间Raa的不同,绘制受试者工作特征曲线并计算曲线下面积.结果 与对照组相比,精神分裂症组的Raa显著偏低(0.57 ±0.13与0.27 ±0.13,Z=-5.562,P<0.01).Raa的受试者工作特征曲线的曲线下面积为0.941,95% CI:0.875~1.000.结论 精神分裂患者较健康者在视觉引导眼跳中速度非对称性与眼跳幅度的相关性降低.%Objective To explore the abnormal eye tracking capabilities of schizophrenia by using visually guided saccade paradigm.Methods Visually guided saccade was checked on 27 schizophrenia patients who met the criteria of ICD-10 and 27 matched normal controls.Firstly,the acceleration asymmetry index of each saccade was calculated.Secondly,the relation of amplitude and acceleration asymmetry index (Raa) of each participant was also calculated.Thirdly,the Raa values of schizophrenia and normal control group were compared.Forthly,receiver operating characteristic curve of Raa was sketched and area under curve was calculated to evaluate the general diagnostic power of this index.Results Compared with normal controls,Raa values of schizophrenia group were significantly lower (0.57 ±0.13 vs.0.27 ±0.13,MannWhitney U test,Z =-5.562,P < 0.01),in receiver operating characteristic analysis,area under curve of Raa was 0.941,asymptotic 95% confidence interval was from 0.875 to 1.000.Conclusion Compared with normal control group,the correlation between saccade velocity asymmetry and amplitude during visually guided saccade may be lower in schizophrenia patients.
