The surface properties (surface topography,surface wettability,surface charge and surface chemistry) of implants significantly influence cell response and promote more rapid osseointegration.Surface hydrophilicity is known to play an important role in early bone response,and has received tremendous attention in the field of implants.The research progress in this paper is concerning different methods of modification to improve hydrophilicity of titanium dental implant and the effect of osseointegration.%钛种植材料的表面特性(表面形态、亲水性、表面电势能等)是影响种植体骨结合及临床疗效的关键因素.亲水性种植体由于其能加速种植体早期骨整合,缩短种植周期,成为研究热点.本文通过比较几种提升钛种植体亲水性的改性方法,对其成骨效果做一综述.
