肩台及凹槽边缘对全瓷冠边缘密合度和强度影响的研究进展

摘要

Shoulder and Chamfer margins have been widely applied in the all-ceramic crowns.This article aimed to review the effects of marginal designs on marginal discrepancy and fracture resistance of all-ceramic crowns.Based on the current literatures,it shows that both chamfer and shoulder provide a clinically acceptable marginal discrepancy and fracture resistance.Comparing with shoulder margin,chamfer preparation is more conservative and could be recommended in daily clinical practice.%肩台及凹槽边缘被广泛应用于全瓷冠的牙体预备.肩台边缘自金属烤瓷修复体时代便开始在临床上应用,获得了良好的效果,但牙体磨切量相对较大,与微创修复的理念存在一定冲突.凹槽边缘理论上可少磨除牙体组织,但其对修复体边缘密合度和强度的影响还存在争议.因此,本文通过比较肩台、凹槽这两种边缘设计对全瓷冠边缘密合度和强度的影响,为临床合理选择全瓷冠的边缘形态提供理论依据.
