为了解广西南宁地区规模化猪场和散养户猪群肠道寄生虫的流行情况,本研究采用涂片法、水洗沉淀法、饱和盐水漂浮法、尼龙筛淘洗法、卢氏碘液染色法等对该地区8个猪场不同生长阶段的猪群480份粪源样品进行检测.结果显示,南宁地区猪肠道寄生虫感染主要有猪蛔虫、猪球虫、姜片吸虫、食道口线虫和鞭虫,其中蛔虫的感染率最高(77.7％),其次是球虫(58.9％),鞭虫、姜片吸虫、食道口线虫感染率分别为11.2％、9.5％、8.5％;散养户猪群总感染率为47.7％,高于规模场感染率(31.0％);同时,在生长阶段中日龄越大的猪群感染率越高,感染的寄生虫种类也越多,其中,母猪感染率达21.9％,其次是育肥猪和保育猪,感染率分别为21.4％、20.2％,哺乳仔猪感染率为15.2％;猪群多重感染情况以蛔虫和球虫同时感染为主,感染率达28.5％,散养户猪群多重感染率略高于规模场,特别是蛔虫、球虫和姜片吸虫的三重感染率显著高于规模场;各生长阶段中,以母猪和育肥猪多重感染率较高,哺乳仔猪的多重感染率最低.本次调查结果为广西南宁地区科学驱虫程序提供指导,为寄生虫病的防治提供数据依据.%To investigate the prevalence of intestinal parasites in scaled pig farm and free-range pig farm in Nanning,the 480 fecal samples from the eight pig farms were tested by using direct smear method,washing precipitation method,saturated brine flotation method,nylon sieve washing method and Lugol's iodine staining method.The results showed that intestinal parasitic infections of swine in Nanning were mainly Ascarissuum,swine Coccidia,Ginger flukes,Oesophagostomum and Whipworm.The infection rate sequence was Ascarissuum (77.7％)＞Coccidia (58.9％)＞Whipworm (11.2％)＞Ginger flukes (9.5％)＞Oesophagostomum (8.5％).The infection rate of free-range farm (47.7％) was higher than that of scaled pig farm (31.0％).Meanwhile the higher the age of the pig,the higher the infection rate,and the more parasites were infected.Among them,the infection rates of the sow were 21.9％,followed by fattening pigs (21.4％),nursing pigs (20.2％) and piglets (15.2％).The multiple infection in pigs was mainly caused by simultaneous infection of Ascaris and Coccidia,and the infection rate was 28.5％.The multiple infection rate of the flee-range pig farm was slightly higher than that of the scaled pig farm,especially the trebling infection rates of the Roundworm,Coccidia and Fasciola.The multiple infection rates of sows and fattening pigs were higher,and the multiple infection rates of piglets were lowest.In conclusion,the study provided important data for control of intestinal parasites in Nanning of Guangxi.
