Objective To explore the methods of treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and the therapeutic effect . Methods One hundred cases of elderly patients with hypertension treated in this hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group .The control group was treated with the single drug .The treatment group was treated with combination therapy .Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96% ,and the total effi-ciency of control group was 92% .The effectiveness of the treatment group was better than that of the control group ,there was a statistical significance (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Organs in elderly hypertensive patients were often of dysfunction and their au-tonomic nerve function is poor ,the treatment process should follow the principle of combination control and drug combination should be selected reasonably to ensure that patients rehabilitate earlier .%目的：探讨老年高血压患者的治疗方法及治疗效果。方法选取本院2012-06-2013-06收治的100例老年高血压患者，将其随机均分为治疗组和对照组。对照组单一用药，治疗组联合用药。结果治疗组总有效率96％，对照组92％，治疗组治疗效果明显好于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论老年高血压患者器官的功能减退且自主神经功能较差，治疗过程中要遵循控制原则对联合用药进行合理选取，确保患者早日康复。
