数字视频脑电图诊断中枢神经系统感染性疾病临床研究

摘要

Objective To analyze digital video electroencephalogram diagnosing infectious disease of central nervous sys-tem ,for supporting techniques for diagnosing infectious disease of central nervous system in clinical practice and determining the application and value of digital video electroencephalogram to diagnose infectious disease of central nervous system.Methods 980 cases with infectious disease of central nervous system treated in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were se-lected and divided into two groups ,the research group diagnosed with digital video electroencephalogram and the positive con-trol group with cerebrospinal fluid cytology detection ,and 150 cases with infectious disease of central nervous system receiving digital video electroencephalogram detection were selected as the negative control group. The results were analyzed systemati-cally.Results The positive rate of the research group was 87.55% ,and that of the positive control group was 81.02% ,which had no evident difference (P> 0.05). And the positive rate of the negative control group was 20.67% ,which had evident difference compared with the research group(P<0.01).Conclusion Digital video electroencephalogram diagnosing infectious disease of central nervous system not only has significant clinical value ,but also is rapid ,accurate and easy compared with elec-troencephalogram detection.%目的：对数字视频脑电图诊断中枢神经系统感染性疾病进行分析，对临床中枢神经系统感染性疾病的诊断提供技术支撑，确定数字视频脑电图监测在中枢神经系统感染性疾病诊断的应用及价值。方法对我院自2011-03-2013-03间收治的980例中枢神经系统感染性疾病患者采用数字视频脑电图诊断（研究组）和脑脊液细胞学检测（阳性对照组），150例非中枢神经系统感染性疾病患者进行数字视频脑电图检测（阴性对照组），运用统计学方法进行系统分析。结果研究组诊断的阳性检出率为87.55％，阳性对照组阳性检出率为81.02％，两种检测方法无显著性差异（ P＞0.05），阴性对照组为20.67％，与研究组相比有显著性差异（ P＜0.01）。结论数字视频脑电图对中枢神经系统感染性疾病的诊断具有重要临床价值，且与脑脊液细胞学检测相比具有快速、准确、便捷的优势。
