老年脑卒中后遗症期患者肺炎危险因素探讨

摘要

Objective To investigate the Risk factors for pneumonia in elderly patients with stroke sequel.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 224 elderly stroke patients admitted to the department of neurology in our hospital from January 2011 to August 2013 was proceeded ,the relative risk factors were analyzed. Results Analysis showed that age , smoking history ,diabetes ,heart disease ,lung disease ,nasal feeding ,swallowing disorders ,times of stroke ,unconsciousness , and hypoalbuminemia were the risk factors for pneumonia in elderly patients with stroke sequel.Conclusion Elderly stroke pa-tients are prone to complicate with pneumonia ,and the risk factors for pneumonia are more and complex.%目的：探讨老年脑卒中患者后遗症期并发肺炎的危险因素。方法回顾性分析我院神经科2011-01-2013-08收治入院的224例老年脑卒中后遗症期患者的临床资料，对肺炎相关危险因素进行分析。结果分析显示，高龄、吸烟史、糖尿病、心脏疾病、肺部疾病、鼻饲、吞咽障碍、脑卒中次数、意识障碍、低蛋白血症、完全卧床等是老年脑卒中后遗症期患者并发肺炎的危险因素。结论老年脑卒中后遗症期患者易并发肺炎，且感染肺炎的危险因素较多、较复杂。
