目的：探讨缺血性脑卒中患者与高同型半胱氨酸血症关系，为控制、预防缺血性脑卒中的发生提供切实可行的科学依据。方法比较缺血性脑卒中组（78例）与对照组（60例）的血浆同型半胱氨酸血（Hcy ）水平，并分析 Hcy水平与糖尿病、高血压、年龄、性别、血脂各指标之间的相关性。结果缺血性脑卒中组同型半胱氨酸水平显著高于正常对照组（P＜0.01）；2组糖尿病、高血压、年龄、性别、血脂各指标比较差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。结论 H cy水平升高与缺血性脑卒中密切相关，高同型半胱氨酸血症是缺血性脑卒中发病的一个独立危险因素。%Objective To deeply explore relationship between hyperhomocysteinemia and ischemic stroke ,offering scien‐tific evidences for the precaution of ischemic cerebral stroke .Methods Seventy‐eight ischemic stroke cases were enrolled as is‐chemic stroke group and sixty healthy people as control group .The plasma homocysteine(Hcy) levels were measured in all sub‐jects .The relationships between Hcy and diabetes ,hypertension ,age ,gender ,blood lipid were analyzed .Results The plasma Hcy levels in patients with ischemic stroke were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01) .The diabetes , hypertension ,age ,gender and blood lipid showed no statistical difference between ischemic stroke group and the control group (P>0.05) .Conclusion Plasma Hcy levels may be closely related to ischemic stroke ,and hyperhomocysteinemia may be an in‐dependent risk factor for ischemic stroke .
