目的：探讨康复锻炼联合神经节苷脂治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法选择我院2012—2013年小儿科收治的60例脑瘫患儿的资料，将患儿分为观察组及对照组各30例，2组患儿均采用康复锻炼治疗，观察组加用神经节苷脂注射液静滴，在治疗前及治疗后90 d采用智力量表发展指数（MDI）和运动量表发展指数（PDI）对2组患儿的智力及运动功能进行评定。结果观察组MDQ和PDQ均明显增加，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论康复锻炼联合神经节苷脂治疗小儿脑性瘫痪可明显促进患儿智力发育，同时提高运动能力，效果满意，值得临床推广。%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rehabilitation exercise combined with ganglioside in treatment of children with cerebral palsy. Methods The data of 60 cases of pediatric cerebral palsy treated in our hospital in 2012 ~ 2013 were collected ,and the children were divided into observation group(n=30 ,receiving rehabilitation exercise and intravenous trip of ganglioside) and control group (n= 30 ,only receiving rehabilitation exercise). Intelligence scale development index (MDI) and the movement scale development index (PDI) were used to assess childens'intelligence and motor function before treatment and 90d after treatment. Results MDQ and PDQ of children in the observation group were significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The intravenous drip of combined ganglioside plus rehabilitation exer‐cise can significantly promote inteligence of children with cerebral palsy ,while improving motor ability ,which is worthy of ap‐plication.
