基础倾斜试验阳性患者心率变化和倾斜时间与年龄的相关性

摘要

Objective To explore the relationship of heaa rate change,tilting times and age of base tilt table test(B1Trr)positive patients in test processes.Methods Analyzed retrospectively BTTT positive patients 116 eases.According to age,they were divided into early youth group(group A)37 cases,youth group(group B)30 cases,middle age group(group C)38 eases,old age group(group D)11 cases.Compared with each group heart rate in lying position,tilting position,when symptom was broken and tilting time were related to age.Results Heart rate in lying position:group A was the fastest than others,P＜0.01;There was no significant difference among others,P＞0.05.The fastest heart rate in tilting position:there were no significant difference in group C and D,P＞0.05;There were significant difference among others,P＜0.01.When symptom was broken:the heart rate of group C Was slowest among groups,P＜0.0l;There were no significant difference among other groups,P＞0.05.Tilting time:there was significant difference in each group,P＜0.01.Postural orthostatic tachycardia(POT):group A 16 cases,group B 11 cases,group C 8 cases,group D 2 cases.Postural orthostatic hypotension(POH):there were 2 cases in group D.Conclusions①Heart rate in lying position and tilting position are inverse ratio to age,tilting time is direct ratio to age;②Middle age with syncope history is higher danger group of heart sudden death;③part of base tilt table test positive response in aged patient is false positive.%目的 探讨基础倾斜试验阳性患者试验过程中的心率变化和倾斜时间与发病年龄的关系.方法 回顾性分析基础倾斜试验阳性患者116例,按年龄分为少儿组(A组)37例、青年组(B组)30例、中年组(C组)38例、老年组(D组)11例,比较各组间平卧位心率、倾斜位最快心率、症状发作时心率以及倾斜时间与年龄的相关性.结果 平卧位心率:A组明显快于其他组,P＜0.01;其他组间比较差异无统计学意义,P＞0.05.倾斜位最快心率:C、D两组问差异无统计学意义,P＞0.05;其余各组间比较差异有统计学意叉,P＜0.01.症状发作时心率:C组明显慢于其他组,P＜0.01;其余各组间差异均无统计学意义,P＞0.05.倾斜时间:各组间差异有统计学意义,P＜0.01.体位性心动过速:A组16例、B组11例、C组8例、D组2例;体位性低血压D组2例.结论 ①平卧位心率和倾斜位最快心率与患者年龄呈反比,倾斜时间与患者年龄呈正比.②有晕厥史的中年人是心脏性猝死的高危人群.③基础倾斜试验阳性的老年患者有一定的假阳性.
