顺蠕动与逆蠕动盲直肠吻合术治疗结肠慢传输型便秘的疗效比较

摘要

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of isoperistaltic and antiperistaltic cecoproctostomy after subtotal colectomy in treating colonic slow-transit constipation. Methods During 1999 to 2008,25 patients with colonic slow-transit constipation had been admitted in our hospital,and were treated with the above two kinds of surgical treatment respectively.Results There were significant differences in daily frequency and characteristic of defection between the two surgical methods(P<0.05).Conclusions Comparing the two surgical methods,antiperistaltic cecoproctostomy have obvious aduantages in improving the daily frequency and characteristic of defecation of the patients.%目的 对比观察结肠次全切除后顺蠕动与逆蠕动盲直肠吻合术治疗结肠慢传输型便秘的疗效.方法 1999年至2008年我院收治25例结肠慢传输型便秘患者,用上述两种术式分别治疗,通过随访观察,对比分析术后患者的治疗效果.结果 逆蠕动盲直肠吻合术后患者每日排便次数(术后1个月)及大便性状(术后1年)与顺蠕动术后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 两种术式相比较,逆蠕动盲直肠吻合术在改善患者术后每日排便次数及大便性状方面具有明显优势,值得临床推广.
