全膝关节置换术中及术后早期并发症分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the reasons of intraoperative and postoperative early complications in total knee arthroplasty.Methods The clinical data of 66 patients underwent total knee arthroplasty from March 2005 to December 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.The underlying diseases including 54cases of osteoarthritis,12 cases of rheumatoid arthritis.Results Ten cases of complications were recorded,the incidences was 15.1％.Intraoperative complications included:1 case of femoral lateral condylar fracture,1 case of popliteal artery injury,1 case of medial collateral ligament injury.Early complications included:incision aseptic exudation in 5 cases,patella fracture in lcase,common peroneal nerve injury in 1 case.Conclusions Intraoperative complications of TKA resulted from operating inexactly,crudely and unsuitable postoperative rehabilitation training and careless tending can lead to postoperative complications.%目的 探讨全膝关节置换术(TKA)术中、术后早期并发症的原因.方法 回顾性分析行全膝关节置换术66例患者的临床资料.疾病包括骨性关节炎54例,类风湿性关节炎12例.结果 66例患者共发生10例并发症,发生率为15.1％.其中术中发生的并发症包括股骨外髁骨折1例,腘动脉损伤1例,内侧副韧带损伤1例；术后早期并发症包括切口渗出5例,髌骨骨折1例,腓总神经损伤1例.结论 TKA术中并发症的原因在于操作不准确；术后早期并发症的原因在于术后康复锻炼不恰当,忽略护理细节问题.
