Objective To investigate the effects of Luhuang Shenhua capsule combined with valsartan on renal function,blood rheology and micro-vascular inflammatory cytokine in patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods Ninety-six patients with DN were randomly divided into observation group(n =48) and control group(n =48) from October 2012 to October 2014.The control group were treated with valsartan,the observation group were treated with Sanhuang Yishen capsule.Both groups were treated for six months.The levels of renal function,blood rheology and micro-vascular inflammatory cytokine of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group and control group were 95.83％ and 79.16％,the difference was significant(P ＜ 0.05).The levels of BUN,blood Scr,24 h Uab of observation group were lower than those of control group,while the level of Ccr was higher than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of ESR,Fb,nbl,nbh of observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of SCD40L,ET,CRP of observation group were lower than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Luhuang Shenhua capsule can effectively improve the clinical outcomes in patients with DN,promote blood circulation,improve micro-inflammatory state,is conducive to patient prognosis.%目的 探讨芦黄参花胶囊联合缬沙坦对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者肾功能指标、血液流变学及血管微炎因子水平的影响.方法 选取2012年10月至2014年10月收治的96例DN患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组及对照组,每组48例,对照组给予缬沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予三黄益肾胶囊治疗,两组疗程均为6个月.观察两组患者的治疗效果,对比分析两组治疗肾功能指标、血液流变学及血管微炎因子水平等指标的变化.结果观察组总有效率(95.83％)高于对照组(79.16％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组治疗后尿素氮、血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白低于对照组,而内生肌酐清除率高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组治疗后血沉、纤维蛋白原、低切变率下全血黏度、高切变率下全血黏度水平显著低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组治疗后CD40配体、内皮素、C-反应蛋白水平显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 芦黄参花胶囊联合缬沙坦能有效提高DN患者的临床治疗效果,促进血液循环,改善患者微炎状态,有利于患者预后.
