摘要

Many patients have other risk factors such as lipid abnormalities,glucose intolerance or diabetes,history of cardiovascular events and smoking.Although the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension have been well established,there is limition in controlling blood pressure actively.ASH/ISH published clinical practice guidelines in 2013 with definition,classification,diagnosis and treatment to instruct hypertension patients and clinicians.%多数高血压患者同时存在其他危险因素,比如血脂异常、糖耐量异常或糖尿病、心血管事件、吸烟等.虽然高血压的诊断和治疗方法已相对完善,但有效控制高血压仍极为有限.因此2013年美国社区高血压管理临床实践指南明确定义、进行病因分类,在诊断和治疗方面做出推荐,对高血压患者及临床医生均有一定的指导意义.
