There are some extent overtreatment and under-treatment in the clinical work due to incorrect diagnosis, misunderstanding of the treatment guideline, and lack of understanding of mixed vaginal infections. In this article, we will discuss the reasons of over-treatment and under-treatment of vaginitis and the measures to prevent it.
